Weggis

We were offered to stay at Hotel Central am See and again in an upgraded room with a full lake view in front of us (including the bathroom). And the breakfast was marvellous including a fresh cooked egg as per our wish!
Kulm (Near Weggis)
Set on the car-free Rigi Mountain, Hotel Rigi Klösterli can only be reached by cogwheel train. It features an on-site restaurant and free Wi-Fi in the lounge. It offers basic rooms with shared bathroom facilities.
Switzerland
It's a place where you can disconnect. Great in combination with a hiking trip. Affordable for 1 person. Nice and friendly staff. There is an antique quirkiness about the place: you are encouraged to wear wool slippers that they provide, urinals and faucets are new but old school (you need to turn handles not just lift). Close to many hiking trails and you can explore the Rigi area if based here.
Luzern (Near Weggis)
Overlooking Lake Lucerne and the Alps, this guesthouse in Meggen is just 6 km from Lucerne and offers free Wi-Fi.
The spacious rooms at Gasthaus zum Kreuz are non-smoking. All feature wooden furniture, cable TV, and a bathroom.
Tanzania
The one staff member was very helpful and quite a servant! The room and the bed were large and comfortable. Don't be turned off by the fact that it's far from Luzern; a busstop is right next to the hotel (literally) and is only about 15 mins into town where it also stops by the train station. You don't have to walk much at all given this. We really enjoyed the sit down breakfast that was included! Selection may have been smaller than some hotels I had been to, but it was clearly more fresh and "homey" than other places.

The location was amazing and you have a lot of activities to do at the property. This was an amazing place to disconnect from the busy life and relax.
Buochs (Near Weggis)

A nice quiet place outside of the main city with a beautiful view of Pilatus from the room. Amazing host and he goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable throughout your stay. You can contact him anytime for suggestions and guidance to move around and is happy to help to his best always. You have an amazing view from the terrace covering portion of the beautiful Lucerne Lake on one side with a vast green field to the other but of course Pilatus takes the center view towering over everything.
