The location is wonderful with views of the Swiss Alps and the Lake of Thun on a clear day. The staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good as are the meals served in the restaurant. We had a balcony where we could relax on comfortable chairs. The hotel has an outdoor terrace too. There is also a lift.

The restaurant is also very good and you can sit outside and take in the scenery. Great location for visiting the entire Thun region and even Bern. Love it.
