Incredible host, we've rarely encountered such kindness ( our day was saved by the landlord who drove to the therms with a forgotten swimsuit). The room (actually, closer to a flat, considering the size of the room and accommodation (fireplace and a well located sofa)) was perfect and beyond what we expected. It was a cold evening and we were very happy to come back to a warm and cosy nest ! This review wouldn't be complete without mentioning the excellent and very copious breakfast. In a nutshell, do not hesitate to book a room here !

New Castle is situated in a 19th century manor house, surrounded by a large, wooded park. The city centre of Spa is 900 meters away.

The charming suites have a luxurious private bathroom with a bath and a balcony. Each suite also has a fully equipped kitchenette and a salon.

Stay at New-Castle exceeded our expectations. It is amazing that such places still exist and the owners open the doors for others to experience how it is to live in an old castle. I travel frequently and have been to Spa many times. The budget level choices there, particularly around the time of the races, is not always very good. But Tabarka is simply the best. From the friendly staff to the comfortable room and facilities the value for the Euro is amazing. My only regret is that I was alone as it has a wonderful romantic feel, best for couples.
