They are more than friendly and try their best to make u feel comfortable. Amazing Sauna, good breakfast, great location and the summer card facility is inclusive which gives u a facility of using bus journey and the access to many other facilities like free entry to swimming pools and museums etc.

We have been staying with Claudia at Acherkogelblick for years now every time we are in Oetz and have always been very happy there. We are greeted like friends every day and made very welcome. Apartments are beautifully furnished in modern Austrian country stile and very very clean. Not a speck of mould even in the corners of the shower....and believe me, I have had a good look.🤣would recommend any time, and we'll be sure to continue staying there ourselves.

Everything!. Great location at umhaousen, 30 to 60 min drive to all attractions / activites in otztal. Place is super clean, very well equipped and very suitable for families. In addition, you also get free Otztal summer card which give a lot of benifts ( free daily cable car ride, free area 47 entry, free aqua done entry and more).
