The room had a small sofa and coffee table which was useful. But the double bed was almost against the walls on both sides.
The top bed sheet barely covered the mattress; nothing to tuck under the mattress so impossible to keep it in place during the night.
The site offers "breakfast available by request", but our request was denied.
The owner provided a very affordable trip to a nearby site, and stopped extra times to show us other points of interest. Very gracious.
Absence of signage made it very hard to find the resort.

Perfect stay near the airport for good money. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I left the room at night to find out I had a flight delayed till noon, so I called them and they let me back in. Definitely will return.

The owner was very polite: he was even waiting for us in front of the hotel to make sure we found it. He made us a warm packed breakfast at night, because we needed to leave to the airport. He took us to the airport for free, so that we didn't have to walk there at night with our child. The room was beautiful and clean.

Honestly if i could, i would give this place 11/10, the host was really helpful and kind, the location was perfect on the side of the valley, near the start of a hiking path. I visited in september so i even had the chance to munch on some fresh walnuts from the many trees there.
They even helped us out when we didn't have enough cash for the bus back to yerevan. I can only praise this place, and thank you for having us, and for the wonderful experiences. :)
