I spent the best time at "Prime rooms" in Durres.
The host was really kind, and lovely. We felt so welcomed from her. The rooms were really clean and big. We had everything we needed and also she would make sure we had a great time staying there. She gave us fresh fruits and veggies from her garden.
The beach was 5-7 minuten away by walking. She had a really nice garden full of flowers and tables to sit amd enjoy the nature.
I will definitely come here again next year and also will suggest this place to everyone I know.

The room was recently refurbished and looked really good. The balcony with sea view made breakfasts and dinners truly special. Even though there is a money exchange and a game room under the room, and it's right next to the sea promenade, we couldn't hear any of that, we could sleep without issues. This was in september though, it might be different during the summer. There was also AC, but we didn't need it

Great location, 2 min on foot from the seaside. The place to be if you like long walks or a morning run by the sea, or an evening stroll on the sidewalk by the beach. Lots of bars and nice restaurants nearby. Ergest is a great host, very friendly and helpful whenever needed.

The Guest House is ideally located, just a few minutes' walk from the city center.
The room was large, spacious, comfortable, modern design with amenities that were only six months old. All the necessary comforts were present.
We stayed only one night, but we would have loved to stay longer.
