I started playing golf at The Dunes in 2007 on my first trip to Australia and have regularly played there on many trips. The stylish rooms offer good space and have modern shower and plumbing fixtures. The nearby clubhouse offers a menu with good breakfast and lunch. Golf tee times can be reserved, unless the stay is booked at times when course is closed to public play, such as when large multiday tournaments are held. I've found it possible on most trips to the area to get tee times at The Dunes. I usually stay at a small cottage nearby but this time it was unavailable part of my stay. I would consider the Links Lodge at The Dunes for another stay on future visits. There are in room safes offer an extra layer of security for those concerned about safeguarding travel documents. The lodging is fairly new and opened in the last few years. It is separated from the main clubhouse by a short distance and each unit has parking which is separate from common parking areas. My room was a two minute walk to the restaurant and clubhouse.

The bed is very comfortable. It has a small balcony with seating. The apartment is on 2nd floor, but can be accessed from the parking lot without stairs. In walking distance to the Golf Clubhouse.

The nearest airport is Essendon Fields Airport, 117 km from Cosy Back Beach Hideaway with Fire Pit.. Great location, quiet, spacious and has two living areas. Heaps of games and stuff to keep the kids happy but also super comfy. And the host was awesome. Really friendly, making the stay feel even better.

A selection of activities are offered in the area, such as horse riding, windsurfing and diving. Avalon Airport is 55 km from the property. This place was indeed a gem for our weekend getaway. - Room is very clean and cozy - Breakfast was plentiful and of large variety - Room decoration is thoughtful and romantic - Garden view is splendid - The host warmed up the room upon our arrival. This place left a memorable experiecne to us and I have already recommended it to 2 couples.

Free WiFi is provided. it was so clean!! the bed was more comfy then my bed at home!

Very spacious and huge rooms, very good service from staffs and shuttle bus service to Mornington Peninsula hot springs. Great view of the golf course and good dinner in the Peppers restaurant. Near to many great attractions by drive.

A beautiful comfortable room, the balcony was great for a sunset Shiras, cheese and crackers.
