The Golf course is lovely and the hotel is pretty good. The food is okay and there are plenty of places to sit comfortably. We had a nice premier room and the shower was great.

We had dinner one evening and that was good. Breakfast was also very good. Although we didn't play the golf course it gave the hotel a nice open feel, parking at the hotel was easy as they catered for golfers as well as hotel guests.

Staff were very attentive to unusual requests (to store my bike, for instance). Superb location to explore rural Suffolk. Lovely surroundings (golf course) which were available to all residents. I would come back - with golf clubs next time.

The room was excellent with balcony and lovely views over golf course. Breakfasts were good but the typical 'golf club' menus were a little ordinary and we went out in the evenings to the nearby 'Coach & Horses' in Melton which we enjoyed.. My wife had a massage in the Spa and enjoyed the experience. All the staff were very helpful.

The English breakfast was good but perhaps our European cousins would be disappointed that there was no Continental breakfast fare. we had evening meals in the restaurant and the bar and both met our expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel setting is excellent with views over the 18 hole golf course.

The room was comfortable and the breakfasts were very good. We enjoyed the meals we had in the restaurant. As non-golfers, we enjoyed the walk around the edge of the golf course.

Lovely large room with balcony overlooking the golf course, fridge in the room so could sit out with a cool drink watching the golf. Nice dining out areas surrounded by well kept gardens. Not a golfer, but can understand why some people are. Really enjoyed the stay. Nice and relaxing.

Nice big room, clean which had a small balcony with a good view over the golf course, a benefit of Booking.com was a free room upgrade. This hotel is situated in a very nice part of Suffolk with many things of interest nearby, we are not golfers but the course was very busy.
