The bar area was lovely and breakfast was okay. The Derby course was great. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was okay. The gentlemen working in the reception area (Concierge) on Friday, Saturday and Sunday with red hair had outstanding customer service and communication skills. He was also very Professional. He had excellent manners and knows how to treat people with dignity and respect. Also he had excellent knowledge of the hotel, the golf courses and facilities and spa facilities.

Pretty, fancy bar and reception, decor was stunning. It’s obviously good for golfers and large parties and would go again if I intended a stay for these things, just not as a solo traveller again.
