Christine provided very detailed information about the key and self-check-in. It was very easy and clear to us on the arrival what is where :). It felt that we know the place very well indeed, that it is not the first time we visit it. The apartment is very nice and clean. Everything is just as described on Bookings. It was far too hot for us, but as per Christine's advice, we adjusted the heating ourselves.

Amazing place and its worth the price, -Have many facilities such as: kids club, teens club, and play area for kids -Provide free shuttle bus if needed -breakfast buffet has good options -All the staff are very friendly and have high customer service skills. Excellent breakfast. The wellness area is very nice. We were offered to use the showers in the wellness area in the afternoon after our bike ride, although we had checked out in morning. This was fantastic (the weather conditions were really bad on that day) - thank you so much!
