Great breakfast, excellent room size and design, location really near to bus stops (50 m to buss stop for Kaprun ski area and 100 m to buss stop for Zell am See ski area). Also, there are some good restaurants in easy walking distance, so no need to worry for lunch or dinner. Everything is really clean and very well maintained, the staff and the owner are very friendly and ready to help with every need. Definitely will return.

This place is beyond phenomenal. The location is perfect since it is away from the center noises. The apartment was extremely clean and cozy. The host, Mr. Martin, was an amazing person. Even though we did not meet him in person but he was there via SMS whenever we need anything. He was so hospitable host. If I ever come back to Caprun or Zell am see, this place would be my choice.
