Agnes was very helpful.She explained everything, gave us tips in regards to where to eat and which places to visit She was available for any question and replied immediately. The location of Chalet Melodie is excellent, with a magnificent view of the mountains and a green meadow just behind the house. All facilities are present and in excellent condition - dishwasher, separate washer and dryer, all kitchen utensils etc. All beds are in excellent condition and with very good mattresses. For our party of 6 three bathrooms were sufficient :) No comments on cleanliness, all tip top. Full set of shower gels and shampoos present. The host is a wonderful and caring person! All in all, a full go to recommendation.

Staff were nothing short of incredible - friendly, so obliging, and really went above and beyond to make our short stay a memorable one. The room was lovely, big and spacious with spectacular views - summer or winter, the views of the area and surrounding mountain really are breathtaking. Breakfast was excellent. Good, simple food done really well. Finished the evening off with an Aperol Spritz out on the amazing terrace, drinking in the sunset on the surrounding mountains. Thank you to all the staff 10/10!

Christina was a lovely host who just lives next door, her mum lives in the ground floor of the building. She was immediately available when needed and provided us (or her mum??) even with home made Apfelstrudel during our visit!! The property has 3 very good sized bed rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony which surrounds nearly the whole house. It is very children friendly. The location is great, in the middle of Tirol, you have several lifts close buy, the Zugspitze is perhaps 20 min drive away. a supermarket is within walking distance of about 15 min max which is well equipped. Even when arriving on a Sunday there is a decent sized supermaket about 20 min away at a Gasstation at the Fernpass close to Heiterwang. there are several hotels in Biberwier with Restaurants you can go to, but we preferred to cook. you can do a lot of walks in the direct vicinity,
