The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good but needs more variety, such as adding Labneh and olives. However, my family enjoyed the breakfast there. The facilities are brilliant as a 4-star hotel. They have squash and Golf courts, besides other very interesting sports facilities. The location is fantastic during the summer. In the evening, you can sit at the outdoor cafes where there is a nice wind coming through (Don't go in the winter because you can't sit outside).
Receptionist Mohammed was kind and welcoming,thank you for an upgrade. Pool attendant was so caring and attentive,thank you for protecting our food from birds. Lady lifeguard did her job above and beyond in handling the operation.minigolf and squash were nice,i was happy to see so many activities in the hotel
Its a very beautiful Hotel with alot of Facilities. Pool is super amazing and having slides also kids were love with it. Also many sports activities mini golf is super fun. Rooms are also very nice and spacious. Staff is very nice. Food quality is very good. Totally loved each and Every thing.
Positive things are: Great location close to the mountain top, Rooms are big & clean, Breakfast with good options, Pool area with Kida play area, Many options of indoor games, Mini Golf course facility, Good quality restaurants, Courteous & Helpful staff, Comfortable bed. View from the hotel room is great as you can see the birds-eye view of Al Ain city from the mountain top.
Really liked the building with the pool and extra slides, multiple cafes and extremely friendly stuff! massage was excellent and there are so many extra free time activities to do - play table tennis, billiard, squash, golf, etc
