The place was thoughtfully designed, and the staff all took so much time and effort to make sure each guest felt welcomed. We stayed in one with the private jacuzzi and I can't recommend it enough. It was so nice to be able to watch not only the sunset on the rocks out the back, but also the sunrise. The stars are so bright even from just the patio, so being able to gaze up at the stars in the comfort of the jacuzzi knowing we were only feet away from the room was perfect. We went in Fall when the nights were very very cold, but they still went out, set up the gas firepit for us and gave us complimentary s'mores kit to enjoy, even some warm blankets! There were complimentary snacks and sodas in the room, amazing roasted coffee from Shooke, and overall just a really wonderful experience. I would highly recommend staying 2 nights minimum to really be able to relax.

Very clean and super comfortable. One of the best beds we’ve slept in. Rocking chairs on the patio were a little added bonus and perfect for stargazing at night. We highly recommend Escalante Yurts!

The property is non-smoking and is located 31 km from Newspaper Rock State Historical Monument. Really unique, remote, and peaceful. What a spectacular view of the mountains and sunset! The dome was very clean, with comfortable beds and everything we needed. Great shower and nice towels. The kitchenette had plates, cups, silverware and bbq grill utensils. The fire pit was great, as were inside chairs to take in the view.

The property is located 43 km from Daughters of Utah Pioneer Museum, 43 km from Pioneer Center for the Arts and 43 km from St. George Tabernacle. The campground features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Really nice wagon. Each wagon has its own fireplace and bbq unit. We stayed during the off-season, there was nobody staying on the wagon immediately next to us. Caution when staying during the high season, the wagons are in close proximity, if you want privacy may not be ideal. Better yet, prepare to know other campers next to you. It was very windy on one night but the wagon held steady. Also like the ease of check-in. Filled out the online check-in, sent a photo ID, and the door code was emailed out. We arrived around 8:30 PM and went straight to the wagon.
