We only stayed for one night so admittedly can't comment too much on all facilities. The room was comfy though a bit smaller than expected compared to the photos. Very clean though which is all that really mattered. The room service was great and the gym being set at 17 degrees was a godsend considering the heatwave outside. Because of the weather, we haven't been able to do too much physical activity so we're very happy with that air-conditioned room for some much needed exercise!

Nice hotel, friendly staff. The room has a shower cabin, which is much more convenient than a regular shower in the bathroom, like in most Vietnamese hotels. The room is bright and clean. There are also windows and air conditioning
Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was very well located and the receptionist he gave us some good tips for cafes and restaurants nearby
They even let us check in early as soon as the room was ready when we had arrived from our early flight
Our main host was very welcoming and she helped us to book our tour of halong bay which was brilliant.
The air conditioning worked well, good shower, huge comfy beds!
