It was quite close to Moscone (10 or 15 min walk) and it was SUPER CLEAN. I did not expect that. Amazing. Aside from that it was quiet and comfy (great beds, pillows, proper duvet). I chose the private room and it was definitely enough for me and 2 friends if we were using it only for sleeping. For more time it might get a bit crowded, only a bed and two chairs to sit, also little storage space.
another plus is close proximity to great diners (e.g. Pinecrest, Lori's)
Good hostel, comfy beds and enough room in the dorms. There’s free breakfast (tea, coffee, cereal & porridge).
Location good, rather posh, which is good since there won’t be a lot of homeless/drug addicts.
Staff very friendly.

Great location just a short walk from Fisherman’s Wharf. Very good breakfast with plenty of choice. Efficient reception and helpful staff. The rooms are clean but a little bit tired. It’s a surprisingly huge hotel with corridor after corridor of rooms! Our room was quiet and the beds were comfy. If you need anything such as extra towels, the cleaning staff are very helpful.
Nice common area - comfy chairs, sunny room, big fridge and microwave.
The pods are great idea for privacy. If the extra feautures like extra fan in the pod and light in the locker worked, it would be even better!
Friendly staff, clean room and space. Free parking on site. Location is really good. Comfy bed and pillows. Fridge, coffee maker, TV in the room. The hotel is not fancy or posh, just a basic one for it's money in SF
We loved Rocky, he is the star of the show clearly. He's so nice, amazing, very attentive, got us extra blankets and helped us with tourist info. He is such a nice host! The positives that we loved were the bed sizes and mattresses, very comfy, the pods had lots of shelves and hooks to hang things and nice storage capacity.
Booked the king suite so had extra space in the room which really made a difference when staying there for 5 nights. The bed was massive and very comfy, shower was great too. Requested the robes which were a lovely addition as SO warm and comfy. The coffee maker was a great addition to the room, you could request additional pods whenever we needed them. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome.
