We had an amazing two-night stay at Eco Camp Dos Playa on Darocotan Island in November 2024. The experience was unique, with comfortable tents that offered a true “back-to-basics” feel right on the beach.
The hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided delicious meals with fresh, local ingredients. There were plenty of activities, from snorkeling in crystal-clear waters to exploring the island and relaxing on the beach.

Best value for money! I stayed there for several days. The hotel is right on the beach. And several more large empty beaches within a 30 minute walk. In the morning I swam in the sea instead of washing my face, and when I came out of the water, my simple breakfast was served a few minutes later right here on the beach, in the shade of the trees! Everything about Domes and Dreams is wonderful, from staff to location and most importantly, the accomodation itself. The domes are what I imagined it to be. Literally, glamourous and offered maximum comfort. Staff are all so accomodating and catered for everything we asked. Hats off to TJ for his excellent organisation from meals to transport. Thank you so much for making our stay in El Nido the one to remember forever!

The accommodation is great. Tony is such a good host, cook and tour guide. The facilities are clean and well kept. We stayed for almost a week and fully recommend this place for anyone who wants to have a more remote and quiet experience. The glamping is out of town but really accessible renting a bike, Tony helped us with that.

The friendly hotel staff with heart-warming smile on their faces always. The concierge Caren, Justin, Daniel are sweet and my wife and I really enjoyed chatting with them and sharing experience. I’d really appreciated that.

We expected a camping, not a hotel room, and the Glamping facility is fitting our needs.
The room was perfect! size was just right, the inclusions were perfect - wifi was fast and reliable, the bathroom was clean had good water supply, the kettle and coffee setup was a nice touch, the bed and pillows were comfy, the rack and cabinets were very useful and the ac in the room was working really well. the staffs here are helpful and very responsive. loved the balcony too! that was a really nice touch, it was the perfect place to rest after a tiring day doing the tours.
The Glamping tents were lovely and well equipped. Air conditioning was very powerful and the beds were very comfy. The staff here are absolutely amazing. We had a motorcycle incident and they were so helpful with supporting us. The beach is wonderful and the live singer during meal times is great too.
EVERYTHING. we’ve been away 3 months and we’ve not stayed in a nicer place comparably. It’s glamping so it’s not a hotel but the dome is large and sooooo homely and comfortable. It was a place to look forward to returning to after a busy day. The staff and owners were fantastic and the place is generally top notch. Lio beach is local and El Nido is a 15 min ride away on the included motorbike. It might be more than you want to spend ideally , but trust me, it’s worth it for the memories and feeling of comfort.
This property was amazing. Perfect location right next to the beach and a 1-2 minute walk to all the restaurants and shops but still the perfect distance away to keep it being quiet at night. The staff were 10/10, genuine and friendly people who helped whenever needed and great people to be around. The room was great with air conditioning and a fan. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy, also loved the sliding doors for privacy.
The owner is so lovely! We arrived really early from the airport (7:30am)and he let us use the showers and keep our bags there before our room was ready! (2pm)
He also helped organise island hopping for us while we showered and changed!

The beds are incredibly comfy with private space behind sliding doors. You also get a spacious locker inside your 'cabin'. There is airconditioning in every room which can be super refreshing after the scorching heat!
The location is perfect if you like to be in the middle of the action. On top of this, the general vibe in the communal areas, the modest but free breakfast, the 25% morning discount in the cafe below and the cheerfulness of staff all just add to the experience!

It is a very great glamping experience if you are looking for a glamorous camping with beach front :) I think for instagram lovers like me, this is a good highlight of my trip. The staff are all awesome and they really try their best to make your stay as best as possible :) I feel comfortable in my stay and it has the basic amenities that we can have during camping :) I would say - Nacpan beach has the best sunset you will have in El nido and staying in glamping style is a plus :)
