Access to the hotel using the shuttle service was very welcome and convenient. The front desk staff was polite and helpful. The room was delightful and comfortable and the air conditioning was most welcome.
Good location next to the airport, however, next to the highway to the very center of Panama city, which takes only half an hour to get there. The hotel is kept nice and clean, staff is very friendly. The public swimming pool offers a great retreat during the hours of heat.
Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. My negative comments are more for the management. Property is fine for one night when transferring through PTY airport. Pool area is nice. Water pressure in the shower is good, as well as sufficient hot water. Air conditioning works well. I get the impression the property has been renovated or updated recently.
They have purified water for all travelers, Spacious and clean rooms with air conditioning and wi-fi, They have a beautiful garden where you can breathe fresh air and a clean pool. They offer the place at a good price and they also pick you up at the airport at an affordable price.
The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She even arranged to have her son drive us to the airport (for a small fee). The room was clean, large and comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well, even for a big room.
A little nice area with comfy hammocks and a pool to chill. We didn‘t use the pool though, since it didn’t look clean.
The hostel owner seems to be nice. The brother of the hostel owner offered an airport shuttle service. Normally if a hostel offers such a service, it is for a fair price and travelers don’t have to check - not in this case. When we checked afterwards, Uber would have cost us around 11$ two way, we were charged 28$ (2,5x). That is a rip-off which also made us feel bad about the owner since she was well aware of that.
