Excellent staff in the hotel, fabulous service at reception, bar, housekeeping, 5 star staff. Nice room, exceptionally clean, comfy bed , nice toiletries but room facilities more 3 star.
Staff were very helpful and friendly. Good location, quiet but still close enough to the hotspots. Breakfast was yummy. Rooms had everything we needed. Comfy beds and beautifully decorated. A wonderful hotel- would definitely recommend
The staff were welcoming and accomodating. The room was large enough and clean. Very comfy beds. Location was excellent right in the middle of the medina. Easy enough to get to.
The staff is very welcoming and kind. The place is super beautiful inside. Breakfast is good. It's a comfy stay. It's only four minutes walking from the street the car can take you. It would be lovely if the Riad provided someone to pick you up at the Medina entrance, but it's not a problem since it was easy to find (note: a guy tried to take us to a different direction when we arrived, but we managed to deny his "help" and find it ourselves pretty easily).
Spacious, cozy, cleanest, modern, bright room and bathroom. Very comfy bed! Staff extremely helpful. Delicious breakfast with more than the usual local options we had had in all other locations we visited in the country. Safe parking in front of the hotel was also an asset!
