The staff was very friendly. The room was big, with a desk, table, big beds (comfy beds and pillows)... The location is perfect, easy to walk everywhere. There are places to eat and shop nearby.
All the staff were exceptional from check-in to check-out. Our stay was short for an overnight pre-flight stay, but we would have been happy to stay longer. Facilities were great and very clean. Comfy beds with nice linens. We booked two rooms, both very spacious with balconies and room for suitcases, plus a sitting area. Very large and well equipped bathrooms. Location is fabulous, close to trams and walking distance to the Medina and other sights of Casablanca. Would definitely recommend.

Large, studio apartment size w kitchenette, plenty closet space, excellent air conditioning, great beds, great view of Hassan II Mosque. Convenient to the mosque and the corniche, and to excellent restaurants on the corniche. petit cabs always ready to take you to city center and elsewhere. Very fine full breakfast included. Superb, caring, informed staff. Would stay here again. Felt safe, comfy and secure
Lovely staff that were very attentive and helpful - we felt well looked after during our stay. Our air conditioning didn't work the first night but as soon as the staff were made aware, it was fixed instantly! The suites are a great size and well equipped, and the beds were super comfy! Breakfast is a buffet with good choice, and we had dinner in the restaurant, which is very reasonably priced.
