    I think previous reviews on this place are quite harsh. It was the perfect little place for our time in Rome and suitable for the cheap price we paid! Short walk to the colosseum and the subways. The bed was comfy and everything was clean. Air conditioning was fantastic and we had plenty of space. I felt safe here and would come back

    The property was conveniently located for visiting Colleseum ( 20mins walking). Anything further afield, we used the nearby " metro", just some 3/4 mins away. Property was spacious, & comfortable. Air-condition if you needed it. I enjoyed playing the "upright piano". Beds were very comfy. TV with access to Netflix was great!!. A Great retreat to come back to after a day out exploring!.

    Room was classed as a standard double, with a king-size bed, a small table with two chairs, a kitchenette containing sink, fridge, and microwave. Large bathroom with walk-in shower. Efficient air conditioning. We took the breakfast option. The food was the usual mix of continental and cooked selections. Being situated outside the city centre it was quiet at night. Plenty of supermarkets nearby. Convenient for buses and metro line.

    In room jacuzzi is a lot of fun ;) They clean everyday, very comfy mattress. Service is good and helpful Location is perfect. Close to centrum but not that loud and crowdy. Many locals, quite posh.

    Very good localisation, next to bus/train station. Close to the city of the Vatican. The staff are amazingly helpful, room cleaned every day. Snacks and water provided daily. Comfy beds and air conditioning allow you to have a great rest after a full day of sightseeing. Shared kitchen facility with coffee machine, kettle, fridge, microwave. Ironing board provided.

    The property is very clean and very pleasant in the centre of Piazza Navona. The beds are comfy. There is a kettle with coffee provided and a little mini bar for soft drinks at 1 and 2 euros. There is air conditioning which worked well and kept the room lovely and cool and the room also had large windows. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.
