The room was very comfy and the staff were welcoming. Room service was also very good and there was a large selection to choose from on the menu. Great location for the airport and to explore central Mumbai.
Everything sparkling clean, comfy beds, attentive staff, close to the airport. In the morning I had the pool to myself. Simply excellent and highly recommended.
Well organised place. We booked hotel car from and to airport and it was flawless service. Rebsanobly priced, on time and very clean and well maintained car. For everything we paid by card at the hotel. Hotel offers money exchange at very good rate. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, air conditioning working. Good location to explore southern Mumbai. Quiet at evening and night.
Great hostel close to the gateway of India and lots of good food places. The room was large, we had en-suite double room, there was tea, coffee and bathroom things provided- shampoo etc. bed was comfy, and the staff were friendly and helpful! Would recommend.
It is nice and clean.Equipment inside room needed updating, likewise old cabinets. Old TV, old Ambiance.
We had breakfast included not very well organised. Needed to be mordenised.

Loved this hotel - it has so much character! The downstairs reception/coffee bar area is super nice to just chill in. They're very eco-friendly and support local causes which I love. Situated in a perfect location in Mumbai and they gave lots of tips on sightseeing etc. Staff were very helpful and responsive. Bed and pillows were comfy - just beware the low ceilings! This was pointed out to us when we booked, but just be aware they are very low :)
