Great price and very close to Heathrow Airport, an ideal place to stay for a rest before heading off early. Excellent check-in process and friendly staff. The room was a decent size plus clean and tidy. Comfy bed and pillows.

Veg. Sausage available even not requested. Beds are comfy and air conditioning system made our stay more comfortable. Our little girl was so delighted for the welcome pack which she enjoyed. Over all it was excellent!

The cabins were great, very clean and had plenty of facilities. Kelly, was lovely. The beds were comfy. And it's near 2 pub restaurants which is very handy and not far to Thorpe Park.

Location was hard to find, didn't think to much of the restaurant as had some missing items. Service of staff was friendly. The rooms could do with a touch up of paint, floor squeaky, beds was comfy could do with a bedside cabinet to put cup of tea on or bedside lamp. Did like it that we could pay for parking at hotel to.

I liked my room because it had a walk in shower. I am autistic and shower cubicles scare me. It was also nice and quiet and the bed was comfy and I could turn the heating up or down and turn the air conditioning off. I liked that they had breakfast available even though it was 5 a.m. The staff were very kind and helpful. The Hoppa bus stop was right outside the door and I could see it coming from inside so I didn't have to wait outside.

The air conditioning wasn’t working, supposed to be being repaired, but never happened. Breakfast was like a zoo no thought to any distancing at all. Very busy. Car park was a nightmare. Bed not very comfy.
