Excellent night away with my family. The guy checking us in was super helpful. The toilet and shower facilities were very clean. The bell tents are awesome. Probably could do with a portable heater or something for when it gets a bit chilly but other than that brilliant!

Cookies on arrival which was a nice touch much appreciated by my children. Great location for railway station and the motorpoint arena. Very quiet air conditioning unit.

Lovely, lavish building and nice, clean comfortable rooms. Nothing special though, and I stay in a lot of hotels for work, However, I can understand why it is expensive because of its location, size and it must cost a fortune to maintain. Suited us though for the graduation ceremony. Generally, Nice hotel, nice people, nice rooms, polite domestic staff. Just not particularly good value.

It was clean, very comfortable, a beautifully presented tent. We hadn’t been glamping before so didn’t know what to expect, but we were so impressed - comfy double bed, fold-out sofa bed, warm duvets and plenty of warm covers (not needed as it was a VERY warm night). Electric hook-up, lamp & heater, disposable (eco friendly) bbq, kettle, tea & coffee , washing up bowl, washing up liquid. Clean toilets. Can’t comment on showers as we didn’t use them. Perfect place for a hen night stay.

Fabulous staff, especially Dennis in Reception - professional, friendly and polite. Nice hotel located centrally....great for eateries, cinema and shops. Well equipped gym and swimming pool (lovely and warm!). Some works are being carried out to refurbish parts of the hotel, but that did not impinge on our stay. Breakfast was plentiful and had lots of choices. Comfy beds, blackout curtains and quiet room meant we slept well. Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries were a bonus. Good air conditioning throughout hotel, perfect in this hot weather!
