We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Stay Wild escapes, a perfect get away in a great location to unwind and disconnect. Our hosts were great and very accommodating to make our night perfect, even setting the camp fire up for us. Pods are clean and cosy, bathroom facilities are great too. We enjoyed the thoughtful, small details such as blankets, board games and kitchen equipment (including teas, coffees & condiments). We are exited to return in the summer.

Does exactly what it says on the tin; definitely off-grid. No electricity, although the host provides a fully charged station that light and charging capacity for phones, etc. Comfortable room and bed, with room to sit indoors or outside. There is a wood-burning stove to provide heat as well as bottled water. There is a good view from the window and terrace.

The facilities if anything were too much ! We prepped for things we didn’t even need !
Cleanliness wasn’t even questioned ..
And as for comfort .. I’m changing my mattress because iv never slept so well ! I also want to change my bath because iv never had a 3 hour bath outside and not wanted to get out !
Will definitely be returning .

Extremely comfortable and cosy beds, absolutely everything we needed including all cooking equipment, washing up liquid, toilet rolls, a lovely warm shower, heaters and cosy fleece blankets. The laundry room had a washing machine, was stocked with detergent and had a tumble drier as well as indoor and outdoor games. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. The outdoor bbq and dining area was really cute with bunting and festoon lights. A large field for the children to play on and a pond with ducks.

Our room was big with very comfy beds. We were in the centre of town. The hotel was good to stay, live music, dancing, lovely food and help yourself to breakfast. Small courtyard beer garden at the back and a beer garden on the canal. Free parking at the back of the property.
The aesthetics of the place were spot on, with a lovely outdoor seating area. Super comfy bed and gorgeous setup inside the yurt. Nice and peaceful, my wife enjoyed a chat with the sheep in the neighbouring field, and we liked hearing an owl in the woods at night.
Very clean and tidy with everything you would want from a cabin. Car parking space was useful also.
Hot tub was excellent and the speaker in the ceiling was a good touch
A comfy bed and plenty of blinds/curtains for those who like a long snooze as its a relatively quiet campsite
Perfect location, beautiful scenery, great facilities. I was a little worried we'd be cold but there is a little heater, electric blankets, hot water bottles and a lovely log burner. It was so cosy, The Yurt is beautiful. The bed was super comfy. It really was the perfect little get away. Will definitely return in the summer months to enjoy the outside area and BBQ. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay.
The yurt was easy to find with fabulous communication from Hayley. The yurt itself was clean, tidy, warm and well presented. The kitchen and bathroom area was clean and fabulously put together to ensure no detail was missed. The bed was so warm and comfy and the heater warmed up the yurt superbly well. As a first time 'yurter' our experience could not have gone any better.
