Well equipped family holiday home. Was a lovely cool retreat on what were the hottest days of the year so far. Comfy beds and not much road noise despite the position.

We stayed in one of the little camping pods and LOVED it! Warm (underfloor heating), really comfy beds and a lovely view of the lawn. Would love to come back! Good hostel facilities.

Everything was perfect, we booked as a last minute option after being a bit tired of the fact we'd been camping out in the wind and rain for the last week, we wanted our last night away together to be comfortable and warm and it was! Receptionist polite at check in, room very spacious, lovely modern bathroom and the bed was really comfy. Gardens and surrounding are beautiful with views of the lake!!

We were staying at several different places this week and I sincerely regret not booking this place for longer. Stunning views, great hosts, clean and tidy glamping pods, ample parking (even with our van) and really nice and warm even though it was raining and very windy outside. Absolutely loved this place and will definitely stay here again!

The views, the pods, the people. The family at high side farm are really lovely people, Abby is so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The pods are beautiful, glamping at its best they are homely and in such a peaceful area, your also not too far from anything. My children are already begging for when we can return.

The location was beautiful with wonderful views. The pods were well equipped with absolutely everything we needed as a family. The children loved the cabin bunk beds! Very quirky! The attention to detail did not go unnoticed and the added bonus of facilities such as fire bits and bbq's were lovely. We will highly recommend.
