The staff was very helpful and generous and my room was upgraded to a better one at the same price and there were some small notes and immediately the host modified them and I recommend this property because of the staff and their keenness to satisfy customers and provide the best service, wifi was very good and the air conditioning was good. I'll definitely go back there again ❤️

View of the pyramids worth it. Bed was comfy enough. Air conditioning a god send.

Nice room with a soft comfy bed and lots of space to move... it's a weird little place, has everything but nothing works quite fully...except the air conditioning which was awesome , so too the wifi.....Really, we only had one semi major issue and it was dealt with by staff immediately. The staff here are truly great, special thanks to Hossam (Sam). Lastly, there's the decor, a true trip back in time to Egypt's belle epoch and a reminder of what high end travel might have been like... once upon a time

It is pretty much connected to the airport so it was for convenience more than anything else that we booked this place. Needless to say, it was posh, lavish, stunning, compact facilities such as Spa, restaurants, pools and so on. High room rates match what they offer. Since it is next to the airport, it is farther way from the main city however they do run free shuttle buses to and from the city. The room service staff were very professional and efficient. The room was spectacular.

The rooms were spacious, had balconies, comfy with great air conditioning. Towels were changed everyday. Location is central and close to many places. The breakfast served was great with yogurt, cheese, jams, tea , coffee, bread and eggs every day. Joseph at reception and Mona and Niamah in the kitchen were superb and looked after us very well.

I liked the view of my cabin, the bed is very comfy, the staff are trying their best to personalize my experience. The boat is moving 2 hrs. During dinner and that is definitely enjoyable. The staff can easily assist with any request so I felt I belong there. It’s a very good place for 2 to 3 days if you are visiting Cairo to do some shopping and sleep over there along with dinner. It’s a lovely experience for locals, yet I’ve seen different nationalities there too!
