This is a gem of a resort with a covered breakfast area facing pretty gardens and a nice small pool. The location is perfect on a quiet street just one block from the gentle Manuinhos beach and pier, and the adjacent restaurant complex with its incredible sunset views. The dramatic Geriba beach with broad sands and crashing surf is reachable with a pleasant a 15 minute walk.
The property itself has a number of small rooms and a couple of really quaint and really cute tiny houses. (Ignore the English description of it as a "mobile home" -- it is quite quaint and better described as a "tiny house"). My wife and I stayed in one of these tiny houses, and loved it. Patio windows facing the garden and pool, a small but quite functional kitchen with two burners, an oven, a mini-fridge and reasonable dishes and cookware. The simple queen-sized bed is up some steep stairs in a loft area (probably best avoided for small children and adults with mobility issues). If that is okay with you, it's a great place.
There is a cool "parilla" by the pool area which we used to grill picanha steaks from the great supermarket just three blocks away, and ate them at our private two-person bistro table on the private deck of our tiny house. Breakfasts in the covered dining area facing the garden were lovely and hearty, with great coffee, traditional Brazilian pāo de queijo, eggs, fresh tropical fruit, fresh fruit juice, fresh rolls, ham and cheese.
Service was super pleasant and Patricia was a great hostess.

Comfortable room and bed. Clean, good TV and air conditioning. Very nice breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Location is great if you arrive by bus and close to the town action but without the noise. Overall great value for money.
I loved this place!
The room was very spacious, clean, with comfortable king-size beds. Breakfast was delicious, fresh bread, sweet orange juice, yummy papaya.
Thais and Rafa were beyond kind and polite.
Anyway, I can't recommend enough this place:-)

Beautiful view, the staff is super nice and helpful, they go above and beyond to help you and make your stay comfy, the breakfast is super tasty and with so many good options. Wi-Fi was excellent.
Spent a couple of nights and the place is as described. Many families with young kids and a relax atmosphere. Very close to the beach too…Clean room to very good standard and comfy beds. Live music but a quiet place to catch a good night sleep.
The place is absolutely gorgeous, breakfast is unreal- it’s so delicious. Our room was very spacious and comfy with a nice view from the balcony to the edge swimming pool and a beach background. The host was very friendly and provided us with all information need during our stay, besides they offered a stay over in case we need to take a shower or use the swimming pool as courtesy.
Everything was amazing from start to finish. Simone and Marcus and the rest of the staff were such incredible hosts and made us feel so welcome at their beautiful pousada. The rooms were very clean, comfy and have great views of the infinity pool and surrounding hills. Amazing breakfast and location (set in a tranquil spot but very easy to walk to the beaches and the main street with bars and restaurants). Could not recommend any higher!
the location is very close to the historic centro of buzios with all good cafes, restaurants and nightlife very close. the hosts are very friendly and warm. many thanks to Claudio! the room is small and cozy with a refrigerator and a cute balcony sit out. the breakfast was lavish with fresh juice , fruits, breads and eggs on order.
