Location was great, close to restaurants, mini marts and nightlife spots. Excellent value considering the quality of facilities and included pool access. Front desk staff were always friendly and included breakfast was decent.
The location is away from the noisy streets which is good for us to relax at the hotel. The hotel is also close to the city center. The room facilities were good.
A "kampung house" with superbly modern facilities. Excellent wifi. Many power plugs, more than 25! Hence, there's no problem at all when it comes to charging phones, camera & all. Kitchen appliances n crockery are provided. Clean. Good water pressure. The serenity of kampung is felt. Good location. Very near to Timah Tasoh & Padang Besar. Petrol stations are also near. Convenient of location and away from noisy city centre but easy to get to the city. 7-eleven nearby.
Most staff freindly, It was clean. Although hotel is getting on in years its nice to see care and maintenance unusually being applied but at a cost to a relaxed guest experience I felt. For hat yai location it is good but even with hire car is not practical for songklha.
I appreciated the early check in at 1200 noon. The hotel deco had a modern trendy Chinese vibes. It was neat and clean. The trash bins had sensors to open and close! Location was walking distance to shopping areas and restaurants but without the busyness of Lee Plaza.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is new and clean. The staff is really friendly and even so it's further away from the city centre, the location is still great. Especially for the weekend, as it is right next to the floating market. I would definitely stay again and was sad to leave. Highly recommend this hotel.
Good value, location 2km from city centre but if you have own transportation then should be no issue
The hotel and the staff were very good and helpful but the location was shown as 300 m from city centre on Booking.com was not true. Other than breakfast it was very difficult for the meals. That was the only main challenge.
The room's modern but minimalistic design. It was spacious too. Breakfast was great and good value for money. Its location was off the city centre so was pretty quiet. Fortunately, it was close by the Central Festival modern shopping mall.
