The breakfast was amazing, we got to try many new things. The lounge time was a very nice surprise, we drank sparkling wine and had Japanese snacks.

While Hyatt House Tokyo Shibuya boasts modern, apartment-style rooms with excellent amenities, guests often comment on the high price tag for a 4-star hotel. Something to consider is that the hotel's location, though trendy in Shibuya, might not be the most convenient. While it offers access to the area's energy, reviews sometimes mention it can be a bit difficult to get to with luggage, especially on public transportation during peak hours
Excellent location, modern yet cozy hotel with green around. Personnel is friendly, professional and speaks very good English. I liked the room I had and immediately felt well in it. The room was in fact cute and had a nice view. Breakfast was fine. I chose the soup and it was very good quality. Very good the idea of the free welcome drink.
Smart modern interiors. Clever layout of the bedrooms to handle the normal restrictions of Japanese hotel room size. Good location with nearby attractions, parks and train stations. Nice touches in the room with high quality toiletries, teas and coffee, cups, pyjamas big enough for westerners.
The property is very clean, and cleaned thoroughly every day. The staff are extremely helpful and the location is great. The capsules are modern, and you can get a good nights sleep. The other users of the hotel are very respectful and quiet, and you don’t get woken up at all hours of the night. The showers are fantastic, the free complimentary bits(face lotion, shower gel etc) are all of very good quality. The laundry washers and dryer’s are brand new.
Excellent location, a 7 minute flat walk from Haneda T3 departures and metro station providing easy access to both the airport and city centre (Shinjuku in under 30 minutes), perfect for those with an early morning flight. Room was quiet and pleasant, with many amenities and comfort for 1 single person, for two it may have been a squeeze. Lots of modern amenities, power, good shower pressure and quality toiletries. It's a new hotel and therefore it is up to modern standards.
Really stylish art-loving hotel on the top floors of a modern skyscraper overlooking Tokyo Bay. Wonderful views from clean and functional room, and wonderful view of city centre from Reception. Helpful staff and free freshly machine-made coffee at any time of the day. Location was above the underground passages leading to Shimbashi station, so within tube-travel distance of almost anywhere in Tokyo, even if the immediate surroundings are notable only for the delightful and historic Hamarikyu Gardens.
Recommend! Nice new Hotel, Cozy rooms, everything is modern, but in a classic style. A cozy cafe to relax on the 1st floor. iron for hair. I also liked the iron for clothes, as it heats up to a certain temperature and it is impossible to spoil clothes. The room is warm. If necessary, ventilation can be blocked or vice versa opened - as you wish. High-quality mattress and all bedding, as in class hotels 4 stars. Nice white towels are renewed every day. All the staff are kind, attentive, homely atmosphere. I will be happy to stay here again.
