The property is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The room and bathrooms are newly renovated and modern. The host Salvatore was very kind and helpful. Him and his partner cooked a delicious breakfast in the morning and arranged a taxi for us to get to airport. The location is also perfect with a view of the leaning tower

The loft is completely renovated, modern, cozy and extremely clean into the Montalcino Village. The location is perfect for those who like peace and quiet and exploring the wine region and the village itself. The surrounding landscape is breathtaking.The co-host Annelise was very welcome and provided us all the information about the area and how to navigate inside of the village streets like a local.
Well appointed and spacious apartment in a very nice block in a quiet location on the south side of the river but easy to get to the city centre. Isabella was very friendly (we used Google Translate to talk to each other). We had everything we needed to cook in the apartment or go out. Bed was super-king size, plenty of wardrobe space, modern bathroom/shower.
Superb location for walking into Pisa city centre and less than 10mins to the airport on foot. Very clean, modern apartment with all finishing touches considered. Communication was great and the info link sent thru was fantastic . Totally agree that Pizza Paradise is the best pizza place too well worth a visit ! Thanks for having us - 10/10 from us !
Location is very good, in a very quiet and not too tourism area. Nearby there are local market, coffee shops, buyers shops, etc. Room is classic and clean, nothing fancy but definitely not poor, for example the quality of towels actually is better than many 4 star hotel. Very satisfied also taking into consideration of the price.
Great location, directly opposite the train station. Clean and modern. Comfy bed and quality bed linen. Air con. Fridge (minibar). Quiet.
Lovely hotel, fantastic staff, very attentive, very polite and nothing was ever an issue for them. Rooms modern, clean and stylish. Hotel's location was perfect! Couldn't fault anything about the visit.
