We were here for one day from Cairo, and we loved absolutely everything! It was very beautiful, clean, staff was nice( we were able to check out late). They also printed some documents we needed for airport. I loved it, definitely we should come back for longer than one day.

The modern, air-conditioned rooms at Teda Swiss Inn feature balconies overlooking the pool and garden. Each offers a flat-screen TV, a desk, a mini bar and wardrobe. A shower is fitted in the bathroom. Loved how everything was all within walking distance. Daughter really enjoyed Teda fun valley and dinosaur park. Swimming pools were big enough for the people here. Room service very friendly Steak cooked as requested.

It was great experience very nice and decent people who always smile with a very competitive price The staff was the best especially Yasmeen , Abd el salam and Mr Saleh the reception manager. Free private parking is available on site. firstly, their customer service is really good, including talking to them before arrival and at the time of booking and whilst we were there. they were really supportive, helpful and understanding. secondly, their hotel is very clean. thirdly, their buffet for breakfast and dinner has a variety of delicious food and is well prepared and the staff at the restaurant were very kind and welcoming too just like all the staff in the hotel. fourthly, we really enjoyed using the indoor pool as it was heated and it was good to use during winter. hope they can arrange to start heating the outdoor pools too. I know most hotels don’t offer this service but their cleanliness and pest control was to the best. their beach is clean and sandy too and they also provide water sports too such as jet ski. Waleed has tried his best in arranging for us to check in early and we were really happy with him and the other staff. Their customer service is one of the best. They have welcomed us really well and were very polite. I will look forward in visiting the same hotel again soon. We’ve informed family about this hotel too and will inform friends too thank you very much for your service.
