The hotel’s accommodation units come with modern Alpine-furniture and a balcony with mountain views. everything :) the jacuzzi on the top sunroof, the warm welcome and friendly hosts (little family hotel), the hot sauna 90 degrees C 😉 The clean rooms, the overall quality.

Let’s start with the host, Angela. A very kind and helpful person. She defined what amazing hospitality should be. She was there when there is any assistance needed with genuine advices about local life and how your stay could be much more fun and enjoyable! Special thanks to her for helping me with late check in after my train got delayed. The villa is a piece of art with amazing alpine design and furniture. Very clean and amazing location with Mountain View. The room is a very cozy, clean and comfy. It has everything you need to have an amazing stay. The breakfast is amazing with variety of options you can think of and added to that the best hospitality. Definitely, I will be back again to Mayrhofen and will stay in this accommodation.

The spacious suites all have a four-poster bed and a large balcony overlooking the Zillertal Alps. The hotel is run by a very friendly family and is very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner included in our room, the food was absolutely delicious. The hotel is just outside Gerald’s, about 10 minute walk to the centre and walking distance to the ski lift

Great staff and excellent location. Rooms were clean and mattresses of high quality. Access to dining rooms in the evening. Nice breakfast (despite not having cooked options such as fried/scrambled eggs).
This property is perfect size for a family of 4. Not too big not too small with plenty space to hangout together + a terrace. There literally is everything you might need from high quality coffee machine to citrus squeezer. All aspects modern& spacious! Our family dog loved it too! There was a huge dog bed prepared for him. Above all the host was super friendly and helpful with everything. We felt so well looked after, thank you!
The hotel has perfect location. Ski-lift is very close. The internal arrangement of the hotel is logical, practical but also modern, clean and cozy. And the food was excellent! Nice wellness and spa.
Charming accommodation, we booked the apartment for 3 persons which was spacious enough and the kitchenette was quite well equipped. The breakfast was basic but of great quality, lovely staff and the modern wellness area was a great addition to our vacation. We liked the location of the hotel as it is in a quiet area but walking distance from the town center and the ski lifts are easily reached by the skibus that stops in front of the hotel. Overall great value for money and would highly recommend!
Breakfasts are wonderful, Prosecco and coffee served during the breakfast are delicious. Very cozy rooms. Also, everyday you can enjoy snacks for free. Dinners are varied and insanely delicious. Staff is very caring. Big and free parking. Ski lift is located in 1 minute walk. I did not expect that in 4 stars I will receive impeccable service, wonderful food and an ideal location. On the first day I extended my stay and booked another weekend at the hotel

The location of the property was spectacular and the modern design and amenities absolutely outstanding in this region. We only stayed one night, but the staff and overall environment made our stay memorable. The dinner and breakfast buffet and menu were of high quality, well designed and thought out. The absolute highlight is the infinity pool on the roof of the hotel!
Good price/quality ratio, object was very clean, beds were comfortable, apartment was good equipped, always free parking spot, service was nice, WiFi worked as it should, good view from the balcony(attached), location 5 minutes to city center on foot, great base for your mountain trips.
Great location. Beautifully decorated with a stylish but comfortable cosy atmosphere. Modern with a touch of traditional feel and lovely glass log fire. Many great touches in the room. A rucksack to use and a bag to take down to the pool with beach towels and slippers. Great Bar and outdoor seating. Lovely heated pool too. The staff were extremely helpful and the food in the Restaurant was amazing and varied. Welcome drink on arrival and cake in the afternoon was a nice touch too.
