Super clean property! EXCELLENT location! Scooters for rent right outside to go to Armand's Circle or, you can easily walk. The free trolley also stops close and takes you there. Steps from the beach. Loved the beach wagons with chairs and umbrella for use. Adorable bathrooms that appear newly renovated. Just an easy place to stay. Great communication from Gru. Will definitely consider in the future.
Wonderful location, smooth and easy arrival process, excellent and very friendly host. The house was spacious, light and well-furnished, with plenty of modern amenities. The neighbourhood was very quiet and calm. It was very easy to reach downtown - a few minutes in a cab, two stops on the free shuttle bus that runs a 5-7 minute walk from the house on Main Street, or a 15-20 minute walk. Would highly recommend.
This is a beautiful stylish hotel. The rooms were huge and absolutely spotless just like the rest of the hotel. The bathrooms were gorgeous with good quality fittings and there was a glass shower door and not a curtain which we loved. Every member of staff in the hotel and the restaurant opposite were friendly and made us feel welcome. The ladies on reception were so nice and gave us lots of information about local places. We will definitely return and stay longer next time. A real gem of a hotel.

The hotel is modern and industrial in style. Breakfast buffet is good value but no healthy options. Great location if you just need somewhere to stay for a night before flying from Sarasota airport. Plenty of free parking. Jacuzzi is nice.
We absolutely loved our few days at the funky fish House it was very comfortable exceptionally well equipped great attention to detail and lovely quality of furniture and fixtures. Very spacious clean and modern. Good location for siesta key and downtown Sarasota. Quiet residential area.
