Exceptional customer service, the staff at the front desk helped us with anything we needed.
The property itself is very modern and clean with a restaurant, pool, and beach. Both have bar areas.
Additionally, there are two a la carte restaurants, which I highly recommend, we went to the Ottoman restaurant, and the starters were fresh. We then chose to have the slow-cooked lamb dish, which was incredibly tasty!
The beach has loads of space and has an amazing view as it is directly opposite the Greek island of Kos.

The sea and beach at the hotel were beautiful; in fact, the only beautiful thing was the sea. The daily cleaning of the rooms was also well done. The food at the daytime snack bar is sufficient, and the bar on the beach provides consistently good service, but there aren't enough glasses.

The hotel rooms were immaculate, with daily changes of bedding and towels. Our check-in went smoothly, and the bellhops assisted us in carrying our bags to our room. When we arrived, we were given a map and some basic hotel information. There was still lots of sunbeds at the pool, even though we arrived late and the beach was the same, so no need to get up early for sunbeds. Throughout our entire time, the food was great, no fault. The room also had a safety deposit box thankfully. Would 100% recommend, We had an amazing visit!

The staff were pleasant, and the sounding amazing! The pillows by the beach and the settings created a great atmosphere.
The a la carte food was delicious, the breakfast had great days and mediocre days, the breads (small simit and Pogacas) were to die for.
The spread of cheese and honey could however be better given the Turkish cuisine and Turkish breakfast culture is so rich.
The dinner buffet had plenty of great options and the desserts were amazing.

The hotel sits on a peninsula and offers great views. The rooms are large enough to be comfortable, the bathrooms are very big which is great. Don't expect award winning decor in the rooms, but for our purpose they were perfect. The buffet offered a good variety and the food was of a high quality. Both swimming pools are lovely and the ocean swimming area is safe and nice for snorkelling. The staff were friendly and most spoke enough English to get by.
The hotel is very stylish and located in a secluded area with its own beach. The room are spacious, and nicely designed. The breakfasts are great with lots of local specialities to try. There are plenty of small stalls and shops nearby in case you need something.
This great hotel has all facilities for the fabulous holidays: three swimming pools (including small one for kids), perfectly clean beach, well-kept territory with palms and flowers, nice restaurants and bars, clean rooms, comfortable beds, own amphitheater for impressive shows. The hotel is located in 20 minutes from the city center by car. If you are tired of busy city life such location makes this place like an oasis, where you can relax and feel a harmony. I would come here again for more days.
This apartment provided a wonderful base for exploring the city. The central location, modern amenities, and helpful host made it a perfect choice for my trip.
Quiet remote location, magnificent view. Hotel was recently renovated, everything is brand new and clean. There is a nice indoor pool and a gym with everything you need. Nespresso coffee maker and a good choice of teas in the room. As the hotel was half empty, our rooms were upgraded to the ones with a sea view.
