Surrounded by Kalenberg’s forests, Landgoedhotel Barchem offers spacious rooms and studios set in small houses in the grounds. Its restaurant serves organic dishes and opens onto a large terrace.

The bright accommodation includes a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Some also have a tea/coffee maker and a private terrace. The bathroom is stocked with free toiletries.

The grounds are stunning, and so is the decor of the hotel. The breakfast is sumptuous! The hotel room was a very pleasing shape, as it was not square or rectangular, but had an interesting round window alcove with shutters. The bathroom was spotless and the shower had two choices of shower head. I also liked that scattered within the hotel were little seating areas and also very pretty garden areas with decorative statues and such. All in all an excellent hotel, very good value for money.

This monumental building from the 17th-century combines a historic building with modern features, fine dining and a city centre location. It features a scenic heated terrace and offers free Wi-Fi. Hampshire Hotel - 's Gravenhof Zutphen is 650 metres from Zutphen Railway Station.

The hotel is located in the city, yet I could enjoy the tranquility and the breakfast was fulfilling. I love that they also gave free coffee & tea so I could drink it in my room. I arrived a little late that night, but they were still kind enough to open the door for me :) The hotel is within walking distance of the train station. If I had to choose a hotel in Zutphen, I would definitely choose the Hampshire Hotel - 's Gravenhof Zutphen again.

We enjoyed a good night's rest due to comfortable matrasses in both rooms. For dinner, the 3-course menu offers various options and was really tasteful (we opted for a.o. the hamburger and ribeye, but also veg-options are available). The delicious breakfast was made complete with a barista quality flat white, Due to the good weather, both dinner and breakfast could be consumed at the nice terrace in the garden. The positive experience was also due to the highly warm, friendly and service minded owners as well as by the other staff members.
