Great service, location, included breakfast. Staff were super friendly . Great location from which to do a Cinque Terre day trip or to visit Lucca or Carrera Marble or to spend time at the Tuscan beach clubs.

Recently renovated property in a perfect location - excellent facilities , comfortable bed , good breakfast at a local cafe (included) and a fabulous friendly and very helpful host - highly recommended
Break Feast location is sea front, basic but good quality. Staff in the morning was fine but very rude staff for dinner , the woman that brought us drink did not even make eye contact and as was saying something very rude mumbled something 🤬I even asked the waiter if he was angry? He said no!
Back room was very bad no window , next to busy city walk way and road🤬
