Daspan house is an oasis of calm in the city. We only stayed for one night during our trip for our anniversary but it was well worth it. Beautiful grounds, room, pool and food. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel was recently built and is located in a quiet neighbourhood directly in old city (the area in Jodhpur where you want to stay as a tourist). All major points are easily reachable by walk or organised Tuctuc from the Hotel in short time. In the property you can feel the high standard that is implied for guest satisfaction and the staffs thrive to make your stay as welcoming as possible. You will find a pleasantly strong water pressure unlike most accommodations in India and the bathrooms are spacious and clean, equipped with high quality fittings and furniture. There were no unpleasant smells in the bathroom or room, the air conditioning works perfectly and the lighting in the room can be changed depending on the desired ambience. From the rooftop you have a beautiful view of the fort and old city during dinner time and the served authentic Indian food is delicious. Overall this stay has been very enjoyable and exceeded my expectations.
