Toilet bowl - please brush!!!! - I always noticed hotel in Batam hotels 3 or 4 stars hotels the toilet bowls are not that clean and shiny not brush proper and sink are not shiny. Hopefully Booking.com please take NOTE!
Fantastic location, less than 15 minutes grab/gojek ride from both grand batam mall and nagoya Hill mall. Modern construction, nicely furnished, comfy beds. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Especially wish to commend the technician who arrived within 30 mins of our call (circuit breaker tripped). Really appreciated the prompt response. We stayed in studio long and thoroughly enjoyed it.
The staff is friendly. Breakfast buffet is humble and yet good. The location is nearby town and mind you the interior is classic. We really like the classic interior despite the modern minimalist. They also let us store our luggage and bag at reception area after check out.
The location is good. Near to Nagoya City Mall. The hotel is newly renovated and the place is peaceful and quiet. There were spas & salons in the hotel which were really nice and breakfast was good.

The room was newly renovated . We were first to check in into this room. Everything was new .Requested additional bed before check in but was out due to peak season. Was offered a room with sofa bed. Host was friendly. Super convenient location. Recommended.
The places all nearby. Easy access to walk around and take grab to Nagoya and BCS. Seafood was good and walking distance to hotel also. Hotel breakfast was unlimited. Cant expect too much cause not 4 stars or 5 stars hotel
