Lovely room on top floor, with amazing views of the sea. Plenty of sockets all around the room. Shower ok, plenty of pressure. Bed so comfy, certainly didn't want to get up for breakfast only served til 9 am. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice and no problem to serve up a gluten free one for myself. Everything about the dangers of cross contamination were addressed and I felt I could eat safely. All staff were so friendly and Gail the owner was great and very informative too.

Location is exceptional. Rooms spacious and cosy. Relaxed vibe. Breakfasts are outstanding:- plenty to choose from (including delicious breads and a tasty, mini Cornish cheese board) and the quality of ingredients and presentation deserve a congratulation, thanks and a mention! Well done. Friendly and hospitable FOH staff (even though they were short staffed they were all really welcoming and helpful).

Easy to find, Great location, the beach being literally 2 minutes away! We felt the apartment was cosy, clean and very well equipped Extra shower downstairs was a bonus as was the utility/boot room with having our dog with us. The beds were comfy and line and towels good quality. We would definitely stay there again.
