It seems that we finally found the perfect hotel in London. Location, price and conditions are in harmony. When arrived we were met by Julia, she was very attentive to our requirements, and gave us cosy apartment. The breakfast also was very good. The hotel is close to Tower, bus and subway stations. It is new, clean, has very hospitable management and all needed facilities. Next time we will stay here again!

He not only empathized with our ordeal but also went above and beyond by extending our stay to replace the missed night, at no additional cost. In a world where sticking to policy is often the path of least resistance, Native Bankside chose kindness and understanding. This gesture of genuine care made all the difference. It’s not just the amenities or the location that makes a hotel outstanding, but the human connection and support during times of need. Native Bankside made us feel welcomed and valued. The location is also wonderful, and getting there is a few minutes by bus from the central train station (then 2 min walk).
