Man on reception was great. Think he is Mark. He went above and beyond, offering to change my disabled friend's room straight away as too steep to walk to. He was very good with me too. Cellars restaurant food not good considering cost.

Very clean! The hosts were easy to reach. The location was really good with it being city centre. There was free onsite parking which was a major bonus. There were two bathrooms within the apartment which was useful - one which was an en suite Modern looking apartment Clean bedding and super clean bathroom The TV had Netflix which was a nice touch. I liked that there was some tea available etc. The kitchen was spacious and had enough tableware. The balcony - was nice to sit there and have a cuppa and watch the world going by

Clean Sheets, Nice Modern TV with lots of channels, Mattress fine, carpet clean. Hot water in taps, clean towels, a fan, an extra heater in case it got cold. Dated hotel but passable, kind of like a trip back to the 70s with some updates! City Centre great location. Certainly not the worst budget hotel by any means, with reminders of past grandure.

We loved the modern take of a retro design in the room. Everything was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, great mattress topper. The shower was fantastic. We just found it a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Perfect location for a city centre gig in the evening too.

Very modern & clean. The room was spacious with everything needed. The shower room, although not huge, was well designed & the shower was excellent. The location was excellent being a 10 minute easy walk into the city centre. There's a large car park ( they charge £6 for 24 hours) but this is preferable to parking in a public car park. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. We've stayed in hotels at twice the price which have been considerably poorer.
