Mr. Bahman, in particular, provided exceptional service; whenever he spotted the guest, he greeted Marta, the receptionist, and inquired whether there was anything else he could do to make my stay more enjoyable. I am speechless; this marvelous hotel delivers on every request; what distinguishes it is its service and the positive attitude of the staff; they consistently smiled as if I were Amelia. I would strongly advise anyone seeking a Hotel Park Regis to make it their primary selection.

Everything was perfect ! The staff were nice, polite and very accommodated. I arrive at the hotel very early in the morning (at 10 o’clock) and the check in time was at 15 o’clock but they still gave me my room 😁 and I was so great-full (because I was beyond tire at that point). The room were nice, spacious and very clean. The bathroom was nice and the shower power was 😍 ! 10/10 ! I went there for the sole purpose of doing some shopping, and let me tell you the hotel was at least 6 minutes by walk from the bullring shopping center and all the other shops (everything was at walking distance). I had a lovely stay at this hotel and I will recommend it to anybody ☺️
