This hotel is amazing. I booked it to propose to my fiancee in August 2024. Audrey was our hostess and made our stay really special, including helping me prepare the moment of proposal on the beautiful balcony and taking a video for us! Breakfast on the balcony was delicious and views breathtaking. Really lovely team at the hotel and great location. We will back back for future breaks in Bordeaux!

Very nice breakfast! Hassan who run the restaurant was very polite and helpful.
The staff in the reception was wonderful, they helped us a lot when I broke my arm and needed to go to hospital. We could keep the room for some extra hours which was a great help as I was in a bad condition.
(Except from one person who spent more time on explaining why she couldnt help us instead of helping us).

The location was perfect for my family. Quite peaceful street. There is a lidl 20 minute walk or 5 minutes by car to get your shopping. The owner gave great straight forward instructions to enter the property. Would definitely be visiting again.
Location and property was great. The apartment was clean and had plenty of space. The host was amazing and allowed us to stay in the apartment for a couple of hours later than the check out time due to our later flight, she responded within minutes to say it was okay to stay slightly longer. Thanks again for allowing us the extra time
The hotel was very welcoming and all the staff were very very good. My french is not good and the helped with everything and explained options. Rooms and bathrooms were a high standard. The evening meal and the breakfast were good quality and service excellent
Fantastic location close to tram B and a few good places to eat (bigger brands less refined)! nearby if needed, offering steak and.Spanish cuisine. Very good air conditioning too.Very nice reception staff who don't mind practicing English.
