of course, the incredibly varied breakfast - together in a family atmosphere! The landlady looked after the guests in a very friendly manner. It was always an interesting and fun start into the day. The location is perfect, close to the river with the Elbe cycle path in front of the house. Only a 15 min walk to the train station heading to Dresden, 25 min walk to the romantic places of Meissen.

Beautiful old building modernised and well kept. Interesting wiggly corridors. Lovely furnishings. Our room was huge and had magnificent views. You could have the same views from the breakfast room and the terrace. Great food for dinner and also for breakfast.

I've been fortunate enough to spend the last 2 weeks travelling through Germany, starting in the north west and heading east. The best hotel, by far (Quedlinburg was good too) is this one. Stunning location on the banks of the river, the property is beautifully maintained and is quietly stylish without being over the top.
I probably got a particularly good deal by booking early, but for £47 (c€55), I got a great room, perfect bed, and the breakfast was delicious. Top class stay!
We are very happy that we booked this place for our stay in Meissen. The owner is very nice and helpful, he welcomed us in front of the house and gave us the keys. The apartment is perfect, spacious, modern, very well-equipped, comfortable, incredibly clean. The location is not far from the city center and it is quiet even though there is a train passing nearby.

Staying at this place was simply amazing - great locality (including safe parking in a walking distance), absolutely wonderful apartment (100% clean, modern, high quality of furniture, fully equipped kitchen...and those rubber ducks in the bathroom, they made our day :-D). I can fully recommend to the families, house is quite, in a small lane, directly in the old town. It was a great time at Mason and the apts. The flat is as pictured. The inside of the flat is very clean, modern and has everything you need for your stay, even a dishwasher. Also pleased with the location in the centre of the authentic old town with many beautiful buildings and cafes.
The location is ideal, in 1 min walk from the Porzellan museum and 7 min to the city center and to the railway station. The apartment is very clean, spacious, comfortable and well equiped with everything you need like washing machine, coffee maker, ironing facilities, good Wi-Fi. The host is friendly and helpful. This is an ideal accommodation for a family with children or for friends at a good price!
It’s my favorite place to stay in Meisen. It’s quiet, clean, modern. Beautiful location. Near the city center. The owners are super friendly and helpful. Every time I come to Meisen, I stay here.
Also, it’s pet friendly. You can always take a dog for a quick walk around, especially late at night.
