A highlight was the sweet gesture of the kunafa crepe, a delightful treat😋.The hotel's amenities were fantastic, and the room was both comfortable and clean with a stunning sea view. They have an amazing heated pool, steam room and sauna, perfect in the rainy cold weather... Highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay. We can't wait to return!

The Breakfast was served at the penthouse overlooking the bay. It was a superbe location and the staff was very friendly.
This would be 3 star in Australian standard but the service is 5 star from the bell man, the room service, the housekeeping and front office are super friendly and helpful. The location is 5 minutes walk to Zaintuna Bay, 10 min to old souk downtown, alot of restaurants around this areas and grocery store only 2 min walk.
The location and the hotel is nice, but the cost is far too expensive .If too compare just the arabic countries I stayed in Amman similar 5 stars hotel 4 times cheaper
The staff was outstandingly hospitable and provided assistance 24/7 for all our requests. Both Tamer and Riad showed Amazing customer care skills that you rarely see even in 5 star hotels. The area is nice at day time, and you can walk around 30 -40 minutes to Pigeon rock and Downtown, and around 1 hour to Mar Mikhael. Nice restaurants nearby.
Location is superb, you can find and reach anything easily. Staff was friendly. Of course, it’s not a new super luxury hotel, but it’s 100% values this money. WiFi was good
The breakfast was reasonably priced and delicious! So much selection. The room was big, spotlessly clean and the bed was really comfortable. I had a great night sleep. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I stayed in other five star hotels in Beirut and this is the only one where I felt the service was 5 star. The hotel accepted credit cards which is great as many hotels in Lebanon do not because of the banking crisis.

I was very impressed with the hotel and staff. Sara, Oussama and Samer were very helpful and friendly. You definitely feel welcome and everyone is willing to help and make sure we have what we need. We loved our stay, the staff went above and beyond to take care of us. The room was even better than we thought, with a beautiful view, extremely clean and comfortable. The spa is really good, we loved the couples massage and one of the best price-quality in Lebanon. The food from the room service was 5 stars and again, incredible price-quality. The breakfast was even better, the best hotel breakfast we ever had.
