We pulled up to the marker at 3pm greeted by the fantastic valet parking concierge who took our cases to the front desk, katarina checked us in and upgraded our room! asked us if she could make dinner reservations or wake up calls or newspapers to the room. walked us to the lift and arranged our luggage to be brought to our room. the room was beautiful underfloor heating in the bathroom, air conditioning fridge and coffee station and and a beautiful view of the canal and Bord gais theatre. we had booked the spa for 5.15 and it was everything we needed to relax and unwind, we then got ready and headed to the rooftop bar for a quick drink as we had made plans and for dinner and a concert. the rooftop bar did not disappoint! the 360 views of dublin absolutely breathtaking! and the service was impeccable we were offered blankets and tended to quickly. heading home for from our evening we enjoyed a cocktail before the bar closed at 12. Amazing, the bed was so comfortable we had the best nights sleep. we woke up to coffee before getting ready and heading onwards. we have never had this experience ever in any other hotel we’ve stayed. the staff are truly 5Star and couldn’t do enough for us. the check out was a smooth as the check in. and the valet brought the car round and put the luggage into the boot. I will definitely stay here and recommend it to anyone looking for a stay in dublin.Thank you!!!
