Valet parking is available for an additional charge. The reception and House Manager were very attentive, professional and eager to maximize the comfort of our stay. Kudos to all!

The 5 AA Red Star Merchant Hotel is in the Cathedral Quarter of Belfast's city centre. It offers luxurious air-conditioned rooms, free Wi-Fi, a spa, and a rooftop gymnasium and hot tub. The Merchant is the winner of the Best UK Hotel 2011 award in the International Hotel Awards. Beautiful hotel extremely well maintained, reminded us of the opulent and lavish days in the late 1800 - early 1900. All the staff is well polite and welcoming. Our room was on the old side and was facing the fron tof the hotel and you could hear the noise from the street, this being said, when we mentionned it to the front they proposed to move us to a different room.It is definitively a five star hotel and we recommend it.

The property is close to several well-known attractions, including 800 metres from The Belfast Empire Music Hall, a 17-minute walk from SSE Arena and an 8-minute walk from St. George's Market. Local points of interest like Titanic Belfast and Customs House Belfast are reachable within 2.6 km and 900 metres, respectively. the bed was extremely comfy and the staff were very helpful.

Vespers Restaurant serves a fine dining menu, including modern Irish dishes. The Culloden is in 12 acres of gardens and woodland. Food was 11/10 view was amazing and spa was luxurious

With riverside views and floor-to-ceiling windows, Sonoma Bar and Grill offers a menu with Irish produce including Irish lamb. Guests can visit the No.4 bar, specialising in premium drinks including local draft beers and award-winning gins and spirits. The bar serves food from 12:00 daily. The staff were very nice and amazing.
