Most aspects of living of requirements of the guests were thoughfully implemented. Such as heated hanging rods for wet towels n our laundry too.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and it had great upgrades that fit perfectly into this older hotel which was Manchester's original Stock Exchange. It was wonderful and memorable and really comfortable.

I was staying in a small room (15 sqm) but it was very comfortable, it has a walk in shower, A/C, high US style bed with super comfortable mattress. The room was clean and the mini fridge is free of charge (has some soft drinks, and water as well as some nibbles). The hotel also has a speak-easy bar below the ground floor, and they make excellent cocktails. The breakfast was also great, worked on an a la carte basis when I was there.

I enthusiastically recommend this place for a delightful stay.

Occupying levels 34-52, the Shangri-La Hotel The Shard, London offers 5-star luxury and breathtaking views of the capital and beyond. It features an exquisite restaurant and serves cocktails until late at the highest bar in London. The staff were friendly. I was given an complimentary upgrade and my room was ready early too. The room faced towards the river and had an amazing view with plenty of space in the room too. The room was spotlessly clean and well serviced throughout the day. Room service was on point without any delays. I had a fantastic stay and an experience I will never forget.
