The staff were outstanding particularly the waitress

Located in an unattractive street but a short walk to the old town. Underground parking is accessed opposite the hotel. The lady on reception, possibly the owner, was excellent and booked a restaurant for us where we had the best of the local specialities. Th bedroom was small but adequate. There is a nice cafe/bar next to reception. Aranda is a great place to visit, full of life and unspoilt spanish culture. The local wines and vermut are superb and can be bought to take home.

Breakfast superb with excellent staff, the room is stunning The room was well equipped except no kettle. I would love to go there again.

Great location with spacious modern rooms. Family room with 2 separate bedrooms and large modern bathroom. Breakfast was outstanding, too. We will be back for sure.

The hotel is a wonderful building and the rooms are superbly equipped and decorated. We did not use any of the spa activities due to lack of time.

Spacious character room/hotel, very comfy bed and top quality linen. Superb spa bath and friendly helpful lady staff as we spoke no Spanish. Very quiet village location adj church in wine making region and easy parking outside.

The facilities and hotel are excellent. And the staff in the reception and spa area were also first-class. But to be honest I´m not sure it merits a 5 star rating
